HI 

i using the Question plugin

i would like to email when a new question is added or when an answer/comment is added 

the internal confluence is not good for us

we also have confiforms plugin so if it will possible to create a table that contain all question and answers will be great

Hi @ofer rozenberg 

You need to setup SMTP or IMAP Mail Server in Confluence, Atlassian provided a solution for this one and I have try and tested it on my previous work on Jira and Confluence, this sends an updates whenever someone made a comment assign a ticket or mentioned you on an Issue or Page. You can use the default Google SMTP settings provided here.

I suggest that you setup a seperate Email not your personal email to do this one and be configure and use the App Password and not the password of that email.
