According to the documentation provided https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/create-a-support-zip-790796819.html . It says "You'll need to be logged in as an Administrator to use it." was just wondering with the term "Administrator" does it mean only user having "System Administrator" permission would be able to create a support zip or a user having "Confluence Administrator" would be able to do it?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
only users with System Administrator permission will be able to create support zip file and users with confluence administrator permission do not option to create support zip file.
