Notifications from a page with Page Property Report macro

Is it possible to subscribe for notifications from a page with macro where a  Page Property Report macro? 

This is what I have:

A parent page with the Page Property Report macro.
A number of child pages with Page Property macros. 
The child properties are listed in the Page Property Report on the parent page.

This is what I want:

Every time someone adds a child page with properties so that a new line appears on the parent page I want to receive a notification.

Is that possible?

No

There are no changes to the parent page, so there is no notification.
