More Attribution fields for Confluence Attachments

Hello, 

I have many attachments that I would like to add some specific attribute fields (Asset type/Document Name/Industry) to when uploading. Is there a way to do this?

Also, is there a way to create the attachments and based on an attribute field, view it by the attribute field on a page?

You will need an app to supply fields like that.  There are a couple of attachment-field apps in the marketplace, but I've never used them, so don't have a specific one to suggest.
