Missing element when accessing confluence using Azure App Proxy

I have setup Azure application proxy for a client so that users can access confluence externally without a VPN. I can successfully access the website externally, however, there are some elements of the website which are missing and are replaced with 'Unable to render {include}'. Is there anything I must do to rectify the rendering issue?
