What are the steps of moving the Confluence database from an existing SQL server (SQL 2008R2) to a new SQL server (SQL 2019)

Hey Andy,

You can try to dump all the DB from SQL 2008 then import to SQL 2019. Please consult with your DB or contact Microsoft for further assistance.

You can check database connection information from Confluence System Information: <BASEURL>/admin/systeminfo.action

The database connection URL configuration will be in the <CONFLUENCE_HOME>\Confluence\confluence.cfg.xml. In Windows server, you may find it here: C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\confluence.cfg.xml
