Marketplace not accessible

When I go to Find New Apps, a spinning circle appears and then disappears. Is it down? I also want another way to try to add an app, but it didn't add.

Answer accepted

It was a cookie blocking issue (using default Chrome settings). Confluence should notify better about this situation.
