The lables list macro show all labels that were used at least once.
(Re)organizing a space can become tedious if the labels list macro shows many labels that are not associated with any page (anymore). Deleting labels seems only doable for administrators.
Thus, the macro should let one filter out those labels that are not associated with any pages.
