JIRA Service Desk Knowledge Base display results of Jira Filter

Sean Smith

Hi everyone,

I want to add to our Jira Service Desk Knowledge base the result of a Jira issue filter for improvement suggestions. I figured out how to add the filter in confluence, and it works for our regular Jira users, but it doesn't work for service desk users (customers)

The end goal is to display a list of improvement suggestions for clients to up vote, or comment on. Maybe there's a different approach I should be using.

Thanks

@Sean Smith Users would have to have a license to see Jira issues in Confluence.  They will also need a license to see the issue and vote on it.
