Is Atlassian Support Down for everyone ?

I've have been trying to log a case for a server down affecting 250 users, for the last 1 hour but the submit button just stuck on spinning.

no case is created.

and not number or chat to raise an alarm.

I even tried to log a case against the support site. failed too.

Please help, anyway we can reach support ?

well, support is up, it seems it was Chrome client issue, managed to log a case using Edge.
