Integrating Confluence with Jenkins.

I am trying to integrate Confluence with Jenkins, where any, motto is that a user request for ceratin jobs to be run in jenkins

Jenkins and Confluence able to communicate each other and making data available at both the ends.

When a user updates Cofluence Page with a parameter , i am trying to read the parameter from jenkins for a job to process.
