Inline comments do not appear when the text comes after an anchor macro.

If I insert an anchor macro immediately ahead of text that has been commented on, the comment is not revealed on clicking the text.

In the screen snippet below, you can see that Send Checkout Link has been commented on. When I click on it, nothing happens. However, there is an anchor macro that exists just before that text and when I remove it and save the page, the comment is revealed on clicking.

I saw this issue linked to anchor macros and comments on the entire page. All comments right after an anchor macro have the same problem: they simply can't be viewed.
