Good morning,
My questions are,
In a cell
A) How can I put an image next to another?
B) How can I resize an image without changing the cell width?
BR
Hello there, @Jcarlos !
The two questions you shot at us are pretty valid! Let me try and address them one by one, shall we?
First, you asked, “How can I put an image next to another?” right?. Assuming you are using our new editing experience, here is how we can achieve this:
- Create a new page
- Check the top toolbar in edit mode
- Click the Layouts button (should be almost at the end of the toolbar)
- Now, we can insert one image inside each layout column
Here is how it should look in Edit Mode:
Here is how it should look in View Mode:
You can get a better outlook on the new editing experience by reading this post:
The second question was "How can I resize an image without changing the cell width?", correct? To resize the images contained within a table cell, we do need to resize the whole cell. We have a report that tackles the resizing of images inside cells, right here:
For us to resize images inside tables, we need to resize the whole cell, like so:
- Create a new page
- Insert a table
- Insert images inside the table
- Resize the cell that contains the image
- Resize the cell until the size is the desired one
The above would look like this, in View mode:
Currently, I advise you to vote and watch the report linked above. Votes help increase the report’s visibility and watching it will keep you up to date with whatever happens there!
Let us hear from you, Carlos! Looking forward to your reply.
