I have a user who edits a page in Confluence but is not saved after publishing.

I can't figure out the problem. The user has the same permissions as others who edit pages and it saves after publishing.

It's a suggestion,

Sometimes due cache and cookies from the browsers may cause this kind of issue.

Can you please clear all your browser history along with these cookies and cache and try once.

Can we get some more inputs, does the user getting any error message while publishing the page.
