How to override text in confluence cloud

How to override text in cloud. While making templet Once we type text the line should be override. it should not look like text. Please check the below and how to add link of Jira macro it should not show the link of issue instead of that it should show below line link to Jira epic.
You can check in some preefined templete also e.g All hands meeting in each table after bullet we can override the text.
