How to login in to node

I just built a confluence site using the Azure Marketplace template.  I need to make a change to the server.xml file on the nodes.  I have successfully logged into the jump server, but can't connect to the nodes.  Permission denied (publickey).  I'm using the same user name I used to log into the jump server.  Does the template setup a different user?

If you're having issues with the Azure Confluence Data Center Template, then we recommend that you raise a ticket directly with the Confluence Support Team. The reason being is that the information we require to solve Data Center issues cannot be easily shared on Community.

Once you're able to resolve the issue with them, please feel free to let us know how it was resolved. It can help others in the future!
