How to add App to Project Sidebar and + dropdown menu in Page edit view

I have previous experience with MindMeister Mind Maps and would like to switch out Gliffy to that for the rest of the team.

When I open up the Project, I can see Gliffy in the Sidebar, but no way to show/promote MindMeister to the rest of the team the same way.

The same question to Page editing view - is there a way to add MindMeister Mind Maps to the "+" dropdown menu?
