How do user receive "TEAM" invitation

Hi, this is really frustrating, but here goes

I tried to create a team and I have added the necessary people. There is NO NOTIFICATIONS, or a link whatsoever to ACCEPT the invitation.

The only way I can accept is if I go to the inviter's profile, click on the "correct" group and then I can see the "Accept Invite" button

How can this be? please let me know how to accept a team invitation in a proper manner.

As you've discovered, users aren't receiving an email invitation when added to a team. We have a feature request for this below:

• ID-7158 Get a notification when a user is invited to a team

As a workaround, the invited users can search for the team name in the Teams UI. They will be able to accept the invite there.
