That page is being generated from (real) Confluence content and presented through K15t's Scroll Viewport  - You'll need an app that can extract and translate Confluence like that does.

Hi Nic,

Thanks for the response.

I have been trying the installation of this app and keeps failing with the attached error then disappears. The error is Invalid license

We have a confluence cloud instance and would like to install the trail.

Let me know if you have insights to this.

Regards

Thanks

There's nothing attached, so I don't know what error you are talking about.

The error is Invalid license. Finally here is the error.scrollview.JPG

I'm confused - Cloud doesn't have licences, but you've said you are on Cloud.

If that was wrong, and you are on Server/DC, then "invalid licence" means what it says - the key you are copying from your licence key display in my.atlassian.com is for another application or app, or you are changing the string (usually by pasting it into another program like notepad before copying and pasting it again into the licence box in Confluence)

Thanks Nic.

trial.JPGThis is the correct app,right?

Yes and no.  That's the right application, but note the "cloud" selector at the right - that means the licence is handled differently to what you're seeing because it's a Cloud system.
