How can I use Question & Answer function in trial version of Conflunce Cloud?

I want to use Question & Answer function in trial version of Conflunce Cloud, but I don't know how doing it. Can you give me guides or suggestions? Thanks so much.

Questions is an add-on for Confluence.

To enable the Questions for Confluence add-on:

• Go to Settings in the Confluence sidebar and choose Add-ons > Find Add-ons
• Locate the Questions for Confluence add-on
• Choose Free Trial
