In Label part, how should I add my both following labels? "brand_name" and "dealer_list"?
What is the typing structure? please help

Welcome to the community !!
Two different words will be considered as two different labels. When you type "brand_name", in the dropdown, you get an option to select it as new label. Just click it and do same for other labels.
