You could in theory create a macro to remove hyperlinks as long as there is a relative identifier for all. These hyperlinks are they relative to the JIRA Query that was used to import data?
For example you have imported data from JIRA that has all of the data from a particular date, reported by, sprint, etc. You could simply go to the macro or query that was used to import the data and change the query and reimport. Hope that helps.
