Editing permission is not granted

However, the pencil symbol is not displayed on the corresponding page.

If pencil symbol is not displayed, edit access is not granted. Please reach out to them and ask them 2 things : 

• Does your users have edit access in that space ?
• Does that page has space restrictions for edit ? If yes add you to that space restriction.

• Does the user have edit access in the space?
→ Yes
• Does the page have space restrictions for editing? If yes, add to that space limit.
→ For other pages, edit permission is granted when the permission is granted in the same way 　as this time. Permission is not granted correctly only on this page.

What message it shows when you are editing ? If possible send a screenshot..

Do you see a pencil symbol on the page ?

You may have to work with the space administrator to get the edit permissions for that page.
