EDIT TOOL BAR NOT SHOWING

Sometimes when I go to edit a page in Confluence I don't get any edit toolbar.

This can happen in different combinations too, sometimes I get the edit bar but not the table bar, and sometimes vice-versa.

I can't repeat this, and it seems to occur

Since it is sporadic, check your browser cache and try different browsers
