Does the Confluence Cloud app for Microsoft Teams even work?

Using the Microsoft Teams app, if I create a new page I'm only seeing a loading indicator, with no reasons given on why its not working:
If I try to a attach an existing page, I see "You’ve stumbled on a restricted space":

Obviously, I have permission for the page in the second example.

Is there any way to debug what's going on here? 

Does this integration currently work?
