Do I need to upgrade confluence cloud

Hi,

 

I checked our version and I see this...

Confluence 1000.0.0-c81848d24f9b

 

Is this super old version and how do I go about upgrading?

 

Please help as I am experiencing many issues.

OK.  So Cloud Confluence is "always the latest version".
But what version number is the current version?

When I see "Confluence 1000.0.0-c81848d24f9b" is there a version number buried in there?

The version number is the one you mentioned (Confluence 1000.0.0-c81848d24f9b). There's no version number buried in the string, the string itself is the version.
