Create Confluence Space from Confluence Page

We create three custom space templates (space blueprints).

We need to create a confluence page with a form.

According to the input to the form need to create a custom confluence space.

You can set up the forms with ConfiForms (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211860/confiforms-data-forms-workflows?hosting=server&tab=overview) app to create pages for you (built-in), as well as you can have it also create spaces for you if needed (extensible via integration points we have)
