Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
Hey Delphine, you are right in that you need a specific permission to create new spaces. Confluence administrators have this permission, so if you're not a Confluence, or System Administrator, they will need to give your user, or the user group that your user is in, the "Create Space(s)" permission.
