Confluence Import fails

I created and back up file on Confluence cloud and trying to import the file to the new Confluence Cloud but I keep seeing error message.

 

* Backup file name is "Confluence-export.zip"

* I've tried importing more than 10 times.

* I've deleted all user account on old confluence cloud account.

* Attaching the error page on following.
