We want to display the version of a page on the page itself without having to go to the Page History page. "Confluence Admin> Layouts" is disabled in Confluence Cloud. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I think with Confluence Cloud, you can't do that. With Confluence Server, writing a user macro for that purpose would be easy, but this is not possible on Cloud.
