In Confluence Cloud, selecting Insert Markup from the 'Insert more content' menu only works once. If you select the menu option a second time it has no effect.
Similarly, using the Cmd + Shift +D keyboard shortcut does nothing.
I have tried this in Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
