Cannot edit confluence page

We set-up the confluence 7.1 on our own cloud. From this month we cannot edit the page. We try to find the solution in this community but failed to get the right answer.

Hi KT,

Does disabling Collaborative Editing correct this problem? What does Troubleshooting and Support Tools indicate? There may be an issue with the tomcat configuration, something about proxy information in server.xml if I recall. Cheers!

Please share with us the below details to analyze the issue.

1. What browser this is happening in, and the version. Can you test that this doesn't occur in other browsers?
2. Does this happen on all pages or only certain pages?
3. Does this happen for all other users, or only a few?
4. Are you behind a firewall or a VPN? Can you test outside of the VPN/firewall and let me know if it persists?

2. All pages.

4. Tried at other site.
