Can we create folders for files on the team page in Confluence?

I can attach and share files, but can I create folders on the team page of Confluence?

No, Confluence is not a file store, it has a simple flat "files on this page" structure.

If you need "folders", you do it by nesting the pages that the attachments are added to.
