Can I have a subset of Jira users use Confluence? Will I be billed only on those subset of users?

Looking to use Confluence but trying to figure out billing.  We would have far more jira users then confluence users and I'm just making sure we'd be billed specific to the users given Confluence permission.

Confluence is licensed separately from Jira, so you would be billed only for users you specifically assign to Confluence.
