Bug: UI Tabs show completely incorrect icon

More low hanging bugs in Confluence that just make it a pain to work with... Another one for you today.

The icons included in UI tabs always seem to be blue stars, and never reflect the actual icon. 

I'm puzzled that code was written to actually change the icon, instead of just leaving it the way it was...
