Quick Question - why would you use PowerPoint when you can create your presentation in Confluence and use Presenter Mode to complete the presentation?
There are no official resources publicly available for Atlassian Community Members (or the general public for that matter) that would provide the design elements that are required in 'official' Atlassian presentations. You can glean some content from Atlassian Design System, but you will not be able to access any templates since they are only available to Atlassian Employees.
