502 Proxy Error - DNS lookup failure for: confluence.xxxx.edu

Hi Atlassians,

Could you please provide your suggestions to resolve this issue.

We have faced this issue after moving our application to DMZ. We have opened firewall port 443 as well.

Hi @Navadeep ,

this is not an application error and you need to investigate at reverse proxy configuration side.
