Shortcut link is not redireting to wiki page

Hi,

We are facing an issue and user reported that earlier he uses a website xx.xxx.xxx.com and he was redirect to a wiki page but now its not working. it says -

Page Not Found

The page you were trying to reach could not be found: it may have been renamed or moved to another space, or the name you requested may be incomplete.

 can you help me on this

@Shadab Khan I have a few of questions:

• What version of Confluence are you using?
• Can you clarify the relationship between xx.xxx.xxx.com and wiki page? 
• What wiki page url is used to redirect from xx.xxx.xxx.com?
• Are you able to access the wiki page with above url?
