  1. Open your Jira Project Settings
  2. Click Knowledge Base on the sidebar
  3. Click Create space if you don't have a space yet, Link space if you already have one
  4. Under the Viewing Permissions column make sure they're set to Private

Hello,

I applied procedure but, if I don't activate anonymous I can't create or link space in Confluence.

I've this message :

"we couldn't create a space for you. Confluence might be down, or you might not have permission to create a space."

and when I try to link :

"We're having trouble communicating with th application. Wait a minute, then try again."

Hello,

nobody can help me please ?

Thank you

Patrick Haley September 28, 2021

Did you try it again as per the error?

LE FUR Loïc September 29, 2021

Yes, I try, I think there is an authentication parameter missing between Confluence and jira.

What prerequisites do I need to manage authentication between Jira and Confluence?

Thank you
