Create inventory with confiforms plugin

Hi 

i would like to create inventory management. i created a form  with  fields name, license ex. date and status.  i would like to do the following

• check if date is More than 90 before ex. date status is OK
• check if date is less than 90 before ex. date status is warning
• check if date is after ex. date status is expired

can it be done automatically every day?

is it possible to send e-mail when status changed

u tried to find a kind of action trigger by date .....

ConfiForms app does not have any background processes and there is no way to "schedule" something within an app.

This needs to be done elsewhere, outside ConfiForms... and integrated via ConfiForms REST API for example
