Where does one get questions about Confluence Whiteboards answered? Posts here go mostly unnoticed and messages directly to @Jonno Katahanas via Intercom are ignored. 

Is there someone from @atlassian who we should be mentioning who will respond?

Thanks for getting back to me. The tool has a lot of potential. I hope your team will be "out in the world" meeting users here, in Intercom or wherever else you have them gather, so that they can learn about people's use in order to rapidly improve the product.
