BUG - scrolling in hide fields popup window

Scrolling through popup window of the hide fields is buggy. Both page view and popup window scroll together. Sometimes the popup window jumps to another location on the screen. Selecting the top field on the popup window is only possible when keep scrolling up till top of the page.
