Provide more metadata options for databases than just a db-name (highest level)

The number of databases is growing rapidly, and I see in my context a huge diversity in the nature of databases (master data sets, cases, projects, ...). It would be interesting if databases get more metadata than just their db-name (at least labels/tabs) so that these can be used to filter or create categories/subsets of dbases.

That's a really great idea Filip. Given that databases are a content type (like pages, and whiteboards), it makes sense that you'd want to be able to filter them in some way.

Today (in the latest Beta experience), you can filter by

  • type of content type in Confluence
  • edited/created by
  • space
  • last updated

But you can't filter by label - adding that our backlog and bringing back to the team!

Love that you're creating enough databases for this to be a need :)
