I'm wondering how to implement "technically speaking" relevant KPI "of usage" for Confluence in my organisation.
I got some inspiration from Jurgen Appelo. In his book Managing for Happiness, he suggest (as Jordan B Peterson does) 12 rules to ensure the relevance of indicator, as follow:
- Measure for a purpose
- Shrink the unknown
- Seek to improve
- Delight all stakeholders
- Distrust all numbers
- Set imprecise targets
- Own your metrics
- Don’t connect metrics to rewards
- Promote values and transparency
- Visualize and humanize
- Measure early and often
- Try something else
But I'm still lacking of real metrics :( any ideas ?
Exemple :
- Total amount of new users that have created content in the last 30 days
- Total amount of updated pages in the last 30 days
- [Search] Total amount of (key-words) searches without results (page)
Do you have any idea ?
