Hello Diego,
Currently we don't have any form of bulk updating of repository settings. This includes deployment restrictions. It's an idea floating around internally, but is not on our roadmap at the moment. Unfortunately that means you'll have to do this manually for now.
Can I get you to open a feature request for this. So, we can track the feature and see how many other users are interested in it.
