Bitbucket Invoices

How do i get bitbucket past invoices?  I have submitted several requests for this and am getting nowhere.  I can update or change the card but my company wants previous invoices and none of the instructions i have read lead me to the invoices.  When i log into myatlassian i can see invoices for everything but bitbucket.

After reading a number of community forum posts here, I am convinced that the original user that set up the account has to assign a new user as the billing contact? 

Is this correct Atlassian?

Seriously, this is ridiculous. Why are all the Atlassian products no in the same portal?
