Are you always having this error or is this a one time thing?

this is first time. when I set the ssl certificate on server.

it is showing this error

this is a old issue but I faced this today.
I solved it by using ipv4 instead of ipv6.

just append "-4" in your git command
ex: git clone <git url> -4
