Edit smartValues in automation

We need the possibility for users edit smartvalues in automation. Ist this possible?

We are creating issues in a software projekt form our service management projct via automation. Mostly the description from the created sw issue will be the description from the sm issue. But sometimes the agent have to adjust it. So what we need is a automation step to show the agent an form (input box) with the original description (via smartvalue) where he can adjust it (or not) an save it to another smartvalue. The new smartvalue can then be written in the created sw issue.

Hi Martin,

You won't be able to create a dynamic automation like that. You could create a separate rule that would be manually executed by the Agent.
