J'ai 3 questions à vous poser:

• Export projet Jira :

Pour l’appropriation Jira, une partie de nos équipes travaillent actuellement sur l’instance de Hors Prod Jira. Dans quelques temps, nous aurons besoin de migrer vers la production.

A ce titre, quelle est la procédure à suivre pour exporter un projet Jira d’une instance Hors Prod pour l’importer sur la production ?

• Visualisation temps passé par jour par personne :

Pour le pilotage de l’activité, nous aurons besoin de visualiser le temps passé par personne sur les projets Jira. Le rapport attendu prendrait la forme suivante :

User	Projet	21/06/2021	22/06/2021	23/06/2021	24/06/2021	25/06/2021
User1	P21-30-AGENDA	4	3	4	5	8

Hi @LAKALISKA Nadica I will add one more point to the @Brant Schroeder answer's above. 

3) To validate your backup: Make sure it's in .Zip format and try to not send these files over the internet like Outlook, as I personally experienced corruption issues because these tools try to compress/convert when sending a file, in our case we'll face some problems during import.  To keep it simple, place the backup file in your local and upload it from the same machine to the configuration manager plugin.  

File size matters- when doing a backup and trying for import. Please be make sure to do it in chunks rather than exporting everything as a whole, as generally we'll face timeout/large file size errors in the target instance during import.

Visualisation temps passé par jour par personne

Jira a deux rapports qui vous aideront à voir le temps passé sur un projet ou la charge de travail d'une personne.

Vous devrez effectuer une restauration à partir de votre sauvegarde.
