Adding customized prompts to the pre-defined list

I was wondering if it is possible for organizations to build their own custom Freeform prompt and then convert it into something that is selectable from the drop-down. For example, we have a prompt we created that provides decent responses. But its a little wordy and we'd prefer to make it easier for teams by just selecting from a drop-down menu much like the attached image

One workaround we have found is to configure so that when the user clicks onto a conversation starter (e.g. the conversation starter is "Click here for the prompts"), the Agent then outputs the list of available prompts. The user can then copy and paste their selected prompt into the chat box. 

Or if you want to make it really easy for users, configure the conversation starts to have very few keywords, then instruct the Agent to process the wordy prompt when that starter is chosen.
